ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
The Master of Accounting & Financial Management (MAFM) program emphasizes
coursework – taught from the practitioners perspective – focusing on applying concepts
and skills in areas including financial accounting and reporting, managerial accounting,
and financial management. This program is ideal for students interested in developing the
skills necessary to transition to a career in accounting or finance.
The CMA emphasis includes career-focused coursework designed to prepare students
with a broader focus on strategic financial management, managerial accounting for
financial management, financial planning and performance evaluation. The CMA helps
accounting professionals develop relevant business skills while preparing for CMA
certification.
