“My goal as a dog trainer is not only to
teach a dog how to sit or come on
command, but to instruct and inform
owners about how to better
communicate with their dog through
basic dog knowledge and positive
reinforcement.
My training programs help to
strengthen the bond between a dog
and their human to make the
relationship easier, more fun, and more
rewarding for both the dog and the
person who loves them”
Jaimee Wenzel has owned and loved
animals her entire life. She began her
career with animals is 2004 when she
started working with horses on a local
farm. As her passion for working with
and training horses grew over the
years, so did her love of teaching
people how to better interact with
them. In 2008, Jaimee adopted her
first dog from a local shelter that had
severe food aggression issues. She
worked with Huck Fynn for several
months in group obedience classes
and at home until he was tragically hit
by a car and killed. After all the
training she and Huck had done, none
of it had prepared them for the real life
scenario that took his life. Feeling like
there must be a better way to inform
dog lovers about how to communicate
with their beloved companions, Jaimee
enter the Animal Behavioral College to
get her dog training certificate soon
after adopting her second dog, Lyla.
Jaimee is dedicated to teaching people
about to how to have a better
relationship with their dog through
clear communication and training.
