Terms & Conditions Mathematics Tour
This concert is dedicated to fans, and the following conditions have been established to prevent the
resale of tickets at inflated prices and to minimize the risk of ticket purchasers being defrauded.
1. Only digital tickets are sold for this concert. Tickets will only be available on the Ticketmaster
app, which is required to be downloaded on the ticket byers device. QR codes will be
activated a couple of days before the show.
2. The tickets for this concert are personalized and may be canceled without refund if these
terms are violated, up until the concert starts. Personalized tickets mean that the person
who purchases the ticket is the same person attending the concert. See below for more
information regarding purchasers buying multiple tickets.
3. The ticket purchaser’s first and last name must be on the ticket. If the booking includes
multiple tickets, the purchaser’s name will appear on all tickets; therefore, the entire group,
including the ticket purchaser whose name is on the tickets, must enter the arena together.
4. The ticket purchaser whose name is on the ticket must show valid identification at the
entrance to the arena, along with the ticket and booking confirmation, to gain entry. If these
conditions are not met, entry will be denied, and the ticket(s) will be canceled without a
refund. Valid identification includes: valid ID card, valid driver’s license, valid passport.
5. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are the end consumer. All ticket purchases
will be monitored and canceled without a refund if there is reasonable suspicion that tickets
were purchased for resale in violation of these terms.
6. Ticket resale is only possible through Ticketmaster’s own resale channel, Ticketmaster
Resale, at face value. Any other resale outside of Ticketmaster Resale, whether private or
commercial, is prohibited and will result in the tickets being canceled without a refund.
Resale of tickets via Ticketmaster Resale will be possible from September 25, 2024, at 10:00
AM until 8 hours before the concert starts. Tickets not resold on Ticketmaster Resale will
automatically revert to the original buyer unless the buyer cancels the resale earlier.
7. Besides the right to resell tickets via Ticketmaster Resale, name changes on tickets can only
be made in exceptional cases, such as severe illness preventing attendance or death.
8. Each ticket purchaser is allowed to buy a maximum of 6 tickets per account.
9. Tickets for this concert are sold with the condition that rules and regulations regarding SARS-
CoV-2, or its variants, may affect the concert’s format, including capacity, entry regulations,
and distancing requirements. In the event of capacity changes due to such restrictions, the
organizer has the right to cancel the entire ticket order and refund the ticket price without
further compensation to the ticket purchaser. Alternatively, the organizer may convert
standing tickets to seating tickets or rearrange seating according to the best possible model
under current restrictions or regulations. Service fees already paid will not be refunded.
10. Only tickets purchased from Ticketmaster are valid for entry. The organizer reserves the
right to deny entry if the ticket was not purchased through Ticketmaster.
11. If a ticket purchaser violates any provision of these purchase terms, the purchased tickets
will be canceled without a refund.
