For a biodiversity conservation licence under the Biodiversity Conservation
Act 2016
Licence application processing
Use this form for payment of fees for biodiversity conservation licence applications submitted to
NPWS Wildlife Team. Do not send cash. A summary of fee schedules is on page 2.

Cheque or money order. Make payable to ‘Department of Planning, Industry

Environment’ and post with your application.

Note: All fee amounts shown are inclusive of the standard application fee prescribed under Clause 2.29 of the Biodiversity Conservation
Regulation 2017. Under Section 14.6 of the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 it is Department policy to waive, in whole or in part,
application fees for certain licences. In cases where the licence fee shown is less than the standard application fee then the standard fee
has been waived and only the amount shown is payable.
