Q: Can I live with friend or family member?
A: We are sorry, but you cannot live with other people in your room because the
room is available only for one person.
Q: Can I invite friends to the house?
A: No. We are sorry that only residents can enter the house because our house is
for students so we would like to keep peaceful and comfortable environments
for studying. The concept of the sharehouse is not for socializing, like a party
house. However you can interact with other residents in a natural flow in the
common room. Also residents can have opportunities to get to know each other
at the occasional parties organized by us.

if needed.

Q: Is it possible to move in without viewing?
A: We apologize for the inconvenience but you cannot move in without viewing. If
you live outside of Japan or far from the share house, we provide an online
viewing so that you can take a look at inside of the house and get a feel of the
houses atmosphere. This is conducted to prevent any misunderstanding
between us after move-in, so please do not hesitate to ask any questions and
share your concerns during the viewing! Also, you might have a chance to talk
with the other tenants at the viewing if they are home.
Q: What is a tenant screening like?
A: We’re sorry that we cannot tell you the details of the screening process. It is
made to our own screening standards.
